For this purpose, the Elementary and secondary departments of Azad Kashmir Mark Notification to spread awareness towards all government Institutions

Explore the Old Examination Process In Azad Kashmir Elementary Department.
Azad Kashmir education system was based on Yearly assessment process as
Elementary board examination and school-based examination process Wes designed according to the yearly plan
The education session starts in April of every year and it's processed till next March end.
School start their new session Form April 2023 and it will end in March 2024
During this period school takes Two assignments a mid-term assessment and a final assessment
Here Midterm assessment was only worked to Check the ability of learning of half a session or the year and the final term assessment was considered the final exam of the session On that Basis Students were promoted to the next classes.
As one student is in class 4th, when. Assessment takes place the student will be promoted to the next class in class 5th.
This was a traditional examination system, it's effective but not more attractive to assess the basics SLOs that the Government wants to achieve in Yearly planning.
The Assessment Plan Now Applied to replace the Old
For the years 2023 to 2024, the government of Azad Kashmir launched a new assessment plan for checking the school progress and students' learning Outcome-based learning.

According to the given notification, the assessment process changed from a yearly to a mid-term assessment process
As E&SE changes the process of assessment with the following methods
The assessment process is divided into three-period session
1st term 25% Dated (1-4-2023 to 9-9-2023) including exam
2nd term 25% Dated (10-9- 2023 to 13-12-2023) including exam
3rd term 50% Dated (14 -12-2023 to 31-3-2024) including exam
The assessment schedule may be changed with time but over upcoming years, it will be applicable.
According to this policy of assessment, bead on SLOs E&SE Design.
The Total weightage of the assessment is 100 %
1st term is based only on 25 % of the Subject Contents assessment Paper will be Designed from 25 % of course content.
Same As the 2nd term will be designed next 25 % of the course that is covered during the period provided from assessment of 1st term to 2nd term
3rd term Assessment is covered the next 50 % of the course
Third term Assessment Process
Third-term Summative assessment procedure
Third-term summative assessment held at the end of the Education year
Will be based on the following formulas
As
8 % from 1st term Lesson plans
8 % from midterm lesson plans
38 % of final-term lesson plans
Here it's important to be clear that 3rd term Assessment will be considered as The summative Assessment for all students including the weightage of 1st and second terms.
RESULTS FORMULA
Results are based on All three-term assessment processes all results are based on the progress of all three terms' weightage
25 % from 1st term
25% from 2nd term
50 % from 3rd term

If a student succeeds in all terms with given conditions that will be considered as PROMOTED If he/she does not achieve the targeted percentage it will be declared as NOT PROMOTED.
Extra Curricular activities
According to SLOs, some extracurricular activities are part of
Syllables so all kinds of activity records also must be the part of assessment record.
Syllables division will be Designed with the following formulas according to the given conditions
For Example
Subject Math has 12 chapters and the division of the chapter will apply according to the following formula, However, some subjects have different chapters Structure You can apply the technique with the given conditions that follow the rules of divorce.
